CHRISTENE B. BLUMKE
President and Owner
Chris has been in the Colorado special events industry since 1973 – planning and producing conventions, meetings, trade shows and incentive programs. She joined MPI in 1984, was 1992 president of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of PCMA, and was a founding member of ISES in 1988. She has served on the Boards of the Colorado Festival and Events Association, the Denver Chapter of ISES, and the Editorial Advisory Board of Event Solutions Magazine. In 2002, she was awarded an ISES “Westie” award for event design, and the 2005 Meetings Industry Council of Colorado “Industry Leadership Award.” She has been nominated twice for an Event Solutions Magazine “Spotlight Award.”
STEPHEN STAUDINGER
General Manager
After more than 16 years in retail display, Steve joined Décor 'N More in 1996 as liaison between design sales and operations. Over the years, he has coordinated the logistics of our events, and was promoted in late 2006 to the position of General Manager, supervising the entire operations of the company.
KAY GREENLEE
Director of Sales
With over 25 years experience in the special events industry in both operations and sales, Kay brings a wide range of event expertise to Decor 'N More. She works with clients to design distinctive decor settings for their theme events. Her markets include weddings, high schools, event site referrals, and local event planners.
SARA HANIFEN
Event Design Sales
Sara joined us in 1992 after 10 years with Marriott in catering and convention services. She has extensive special event planning experience and was the company’s 1st employee. Sara’s markets include hotel referrals, mountain event planners, country clubs, and fundraisers.
SCOTT DIXON
Event Sales Design
Scott brings 15 years of sales experience specializing in design and corporate events. He has successfully taken on prospecting and proposal development for new clients and new markets, offering a cutting edge approach to our event designs as well as marketing strategies.
CHRISTOPHER THRIFT
Production / Design
Christopher brings 15 years of design experience to Décor 'N More, specializing in sales and installation of our commercial holiday installations, as well as designing unique centerpiece creations, and working set-ups and strikes. He is responsible for the fabric, glass and centerpiece inventory of the company.
STEVE SICKLES
Production
With a background in theater production and acting, Steve brings several years of practical experience to the installation and teardown of our décor at special events. Steve shares responsibilities for maintaining the inventory of our warehouse, and also assists with production.
THERESA THABIT
Event Logistics / Event Design Sales
Theresa joined Décor ‘N More as an intern, and is now responsible for coordinating the logistical details of our events, as well as working with clients on their event designs.
BEN PODBURY
Designer / Production Supervisor
Ben joined our design team after five years in New York City designing and building themed props and environments. He develops concepts and designs, as well as supervises production. His talents include finish carpentry, foam sculpture, texturing and faux finishing.
KEITH LOGAN
Operations Manager
Keith makes sure your event details are flawless. He monitors work orders for event preparation, schedules crews, prepares load lists, assists with production, shares responsibilities for organization of our warehouse inventory, and leads set and strike teams.
DAVE WORLEY
Artist
Dave has been involved in the event design and exhibit industries since 1993, and is a specialist with Foamcor, graphics, 3D signage, and texture. He works closely with the design team to develop a concept and bring it to life!
BYRON HALL
Production
Byron has a background in theater production and management, and supervises organization of flats and props in the warehouse. He also works on our set-ups and strikes
BILLY NIETO
Production
Billy joined Décor ‘N More in 2007 after working with the Westin Hotel for 22 years. He works on sets and strikes, as well as assists with the warehouse inventory.

The Decor 'N More operations crews consist of creative, hard-working set-up and strike personnel who bring it all together for you at the event site!
