Chris has been in the Colorado special events industry since 1972, planning and producing conventions, meetings, trade shows, incentive programs. She owned a destination management company in Denver for 10 years prior to founding Décor 'N More. She joined Meetings Professionals International in 1984; was 1992 president of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Professional Convention Management Association; and was a founding member of the International Special Events Society in 1988. She has served on the Boards of the Colorado Festival and Events Association, the Denver chapter of ISES, and the Editorial Advisory Board of Event Solutions Magazine. In 2002, she was awarded an ISES "Westie" award for event design. She is a two-time nominee for an Event Solutions Spotlight Award, and received the first Industry Leadership Award from the Meetings Industry Council of Colorado in 2005.

Sara joined Décor 'N More in 1992 after ten years with Marriott Hotels in catering and convention services. She has extensive special event planning experience and was Décor 'N More's very first employee! Sara's markets include hotel and venues, local and mountain resort event planners, country clubs, fund raisers, and the Colorado Springs/Pueblo markets.
Andrew Kleis
Facility Manager / Design Tech
Andrew manages our inventory and warehouse facility, maintains our internet and computer network, coordinates rental contracts, handles assigned production tasks, and works on set-ups and strikes. He brings a wealth of hands-on experience, with close attention to detail and maintaining of the quality of our décor product.
